How To: Make Peep S'Mores

Chances are, if you pop into your neighborhood grocery store or pharmacy this afternoon, you'll be greeted with all sorts of post-Easter clearance, including candy that's at least 75% off. Especially boldly colored peeps. But what to do with those rows of almost-stale sugar coated staples?

Why, make them actually enjoyable by surrounding them with chocolate and graham crackers, of course.    Eclectic Recipes came up with this great way to use up all those leftover peeps by creating crunchy s'mores in the microwave.

Peep S'mores are infinitely more amusing if you use the little foil wrapped chocolate eggs from your Easter basket instead of the Hershey bars. Work a little slit into the bottom of the peep and shove one egg halfway up there. I've been sadistically making those s'mores for years.
