Yes, that’s right. Marshmallows, made with beer. Dipped in chocolate. With a crunchy pretzel topping.
Inspired by a treat from Chicago candymakers Truffle Truffle (which I know well from a local shop), Emma Christensenwhipped up these little indulgences by adding [flat] chocolate stout to a standard marshmallow recipe, then dipping them in chocolate and adding crushed pretzels on top.
If you need to, you can justify making some because St. Patrick’s Day is coming up, but c’mon, no one’s judging.
