Designer Tim Delger created this humorous graphic and poster called “The Hipster Logo Design Guide,” which pokes a little fun at the design monotony of the old timey, authentic and artisinal hand brand. As Tim says, “six easy steps. No concept necessary.”

Tim includes references to the essential shapes (circles), icons (arrows and axes), and typefaces that seem to permeate the trend. And don’t forget the X. Gotta have that X.
