Carrots which have grown way beyond edible-ness as a raw veggie become a whole ‘nother thing with a little help. And that thing?
Bacon. Well, bacon-ish. Really? We don’t really know, as haven’t tried it ourselves yet. But I’m thinking twice about harvesting my carrots on time this summer.
Even if it’s not exactly bacon-y, it sounds like a brilliant idea. Wondering if some smoked paprika or sea salt would get you even closer.
