Vintage Baseball Logos from 1956

Baseball fan site the Eephus League of Baseball Minutiae discovered these awesome illustrated logos of major league teams, circa 1956.   Eephus League says, “I was recently going through some old files and came across a book a family friend had given me a number of years ago: Inside Baseball for Little Leaguers. The copyright date says 1956. I flipped it open to discovery this collection of mascot drawings printed on both the inside front and back cover pages. Too wonderful not to share.”
