I was a late adopter of the scarf. I wasn't opposed, I just didn't have any, and so didn't wear one. And then, I found myself in New York the week before Christmas, in the middle of a snowstorm, walking about in thirty mile per hour winds, and my coat and gloves just wasn't cutting it. So, I snagged a scarf from a street vendor, and wouldn't you know it:

Scarves really, really work.   Seriously. They make you significantly warmer, protect your neck from wind and sun, and look pretty stylish to boot. If I do say so myself. Which I do.

The Art of Manliness invited Antonio of Real Men Real Style to weigh in the benefits of the scarf, and to share seven ways to wear and tie one, with different methods for different occasions. Me? I'm a fan of the "Once Round," but you should head over and pick one for yourself.
