How to: Make a DIY Snow Machine

If you’re longing for a white Christmas*, but Mother Nature and St. Nick don’t seem to getting along this year, try your hand at creating your own snowmaker from stuff you can find at the the hardware store.   It’s basically a variation on what the ski slopes do to guarantee several inches for the bunnies and mogulers, but it seems like a totally reasonable build, particularly if you already have the two key ingredients: a pressure washer and air compressor. 

Certainly not for everyone, but it’s worthwhile to check out the full instructions just to see how it’s put together. Very cool build
