People and Their Fish Twins

The human brain is an incredible thing, but the fact that this series even occured to NYC-based photographer Ted Sabarese is mind-blowing.

Or perhaps he just saw that episode of The Simpsons where Homer’s face seems to be the spokescreature for a Japanese soap company, but it’s really just a fish and a lightbulb.

      Either way is cool with me.

Scientific American says, “Part of the fun of art is its mirror-like quality: everyone sees something different when faced with it because everyone brings a different set of experiences and expectations to the table. When I look at these I see equal parts ‘you are what you eat,’ ‘your inner fish,’ and ‘United Colors of Benetton.’ “
